Non-Compete Agreements

Most employees are “at will” employees and can be fired or quit at any time.  Unfortunately, even if an employee is “at will”, employers can require employees to sign non-compete and confidentiality clauses that can limit an employee’s options once they leave their employment. My office represents individuals who wish to seek employment in a related field without risking legal action based upon a previously signed non-compete agreement.
